Uncommercial or Commercial basis in the public eye.

The client has all the right to say I don't want to release these images in the public eye, And it's up to you as a photographer to provide this right.

When it comes to commercial shoots every single model will have to sign I released form, Given a company , the permission to release these images into the public eye.

CopyRight

In the UK law, copyright can be very much easily accessed. If you took the picture you you own the picture.

You can go on to copyright websites to basically claim copyright for your own images.

Legally able to stop other people from using your image or licencing.
